The company operates a globally distributed workforce and places a high value on employee experience, innovation, and modern ways of working.Reporting to the Head of Security & Corporate IT, you will manage internal IT operations for 300+ remote users, ensuring reliable service delivery and a high-quality employee experience.This is a hands-on leadership role combining day-to-day IT operations with project delivery, including cloud migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure management.
You will oversee end-user devices, SaaS platforms (e.G., O365, Jira), and identity/access systems, while driving continuous improvement across IT services.You'll work closely with security leadership to support compliance, audits (including PCI), and implementation of security policies.
Vendor management is key, ensuring performance, cost control, and SLA adherence.
