We are currently looking for a Program Integration Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities within a large-scale, complex IT program.
This role is focused on ensuring quality, stability, and alignment across multiple integrated systems, playing a critical role in digital transformation and enterprise system implementations.

??? Your Tasks
Define and implement the integration testing strategy on a program level.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) test cycles.
Manage a portfolio of ~10 parallel testing initiatives, ensuring alignment and prioritization.
Coordinate test managers, QA teams, program stakeholders, and vendors across multiple workstreams.
Manage test environments and system dependencies.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and reporting artifacts.
Oversee defect lifecycle management (identification, tracking, resolution).
Ensure test coverage aligned with business requirements.
Monitor risks and define mitigation strategies across the program.
Report on testing progress, quality metrics, and key issues to stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams.
?? Your Profile
Proven experience as a Test Manager, ideally in integration or E2E testing contexts.
Experience managing large-scale testing programs with multiple parallel initiatives.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB certification is a plus).
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Solid understanding of system architectures and integrations (APIs, middleware, etc.).
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Strong leadership and coordination skills across distributed teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with SAP, ERP, or complex enterprise systems.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Technical background in development or QA automation.
Experience with Tricentis Tosca.
