Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards;
* Review of financial and regulatory reports;
* Support the implementation of key regulatory requirements and guidelines applicable to the banking sector;
* Mentoring and guiding junior team members;
* Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships;
* Assist in the continuous improvement of reporting processes and internal controls.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or similar fields;
* Up to 4–5 years of experience in banking accounting, or regulatory reporting;
* Solid of understanding of the banking industry, including products, operations, and regulatory environment;
* Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks applicable to banks and financial institutions;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
* Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
