Role Description:

* Deliver business systems solutions by executing projects from requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration, including workshops and end-to-end management.
* Own technical activities such as Data Migration, Cutover activities, and Admin tasks.
* Prepare technical documents, including workbooks and test scenarios based on the design.
* Work closely with the customer on testing and training sessions.
* Track the progress of the technical build and communicate with the Project Manager(s).
* Collaborate across other application areas and/or products that integrate with SAP SuccessFactors.


Responsibilities:

As a SuccessFactors Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules to optimize clients' HR processes. Your understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial for project success and HR transformation.

* Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices.
* Conduct requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key functions like templates, workflows, business rules, dynamic roles, and RBP.
* Lead feature rollouts: monitor updates and implement new features, sharing knowledge with stakeholders.
* Work with external partners to transition deliverables from build to operational support.
* Serve as a global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, providing high-level guidance.
* Lead development and implementation of scalable, automated HR system processes across global operations.
* Coordinate system maintenance with internal support teams via ticketing systems.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
* SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 Certification.
* Significant experience with large-scale SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding deployments, either as an internal owner or external consultant.
* Expertise in SuccessFactors modules and HR best practices.
* 5-7 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization.
* Experience managing international projects across multiple countries and full project cycles.
* Hands-on experience in workflow optimization, automation, and data governance within SuccessFactors.
* Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools within SuccessFactors.
* Fluent in English, with strong communication skills suitable for senior stakeholder engagement.
