Community Manager Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lisbon for a Community Manager. The primary responsibility of the Community Manager will be to foster a positive and inclusive community for all members. This includes ensuring that all members' needs are addressed, coordinating and executing events, communication, and promotion of Avila Spaces throughout the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
* Experience in video shooting and photography
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken)
* Experience in the coworking industry is a plus
