We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Procurement Officer
to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing material categories, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting both operational and strategic procurement activities. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Material Category Management:
Oversee assigned material categories, ensuring optimal sourcing and cost-efficiency.
* Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.
* Operational & Strategic Support:
Provide support in order tracking, procurement planning, and strategy implementation.
* Supplier Research & Evaluation:
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate existing ones, in collaboration with engineering and other departments for technical input.
* KPI & Strategy Support:
Contribute to achieving corporate procurement KPIs by implementing strategies and engaging with various stakeholders.
* Strategy Development:
Assist in the development and implementation of innovative procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and value creation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
