Customer Service Assistant Role
We are looking for an individual to assist our customer support team with daily tasks and general administrative duties.
* Provide backup support to the customer support team on a daily basis.
* Collaborate with the customer support team to manage key retail accounts.
* Address transport issues and preparation problems in coordination with logistics partners.
* Coordinate customer scrap collection processes.
