Our Record-to-Report business line offers innovative and reliable financial services, including financial records, financial closing, and reporting. We also provide services in Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Support Functions Managers in planning and forecasting activities;
* Coordinate and guide Support Functions budget and forecast preparation activities related to Hub and Country organizations, ensuring completeness and accuracy;
* Monitor and analyze Support Functions costs (accounts/cost centers trend) and clarify relevant deviations;
* Ensure Support Functions costs charging and monitor costs allocation and forecast evolution;
* Prepare standard and specific reporting, including key data, scorecards, graphics, reports, and analysis with key comments and highlights;
* Participate in month-end activities;
* Maintain tight communication with entities within your responsibility area.

Requirements:

* A University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent;
* At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar;
* Fluent English skills;
* Knowledge of SAP is highly valued;
* Good MS Office knowledge, with experience in Excel mandatory;
* Excellent communication skills and team orientation;
* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment;
* Dynamism, initiative, and pro-activeness;
* Strong strategic judgment, business competence, and professional ethics;
* Ability to build up and maintain customer relationships.
