Director of Compensation and Benefits
This role involves leading a team to deliver strategic compensation and benefits solutions in EMEA. Developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives is key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement regional benefits strategies, balancing cost competitiveness, cost management, and evolving market needs.
* Lead the development and implementation of best-in-class compensation programs, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local statutory requirements.
* Serve as a strategic partner to senior HR partners, finance, and business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on complex compensation and benefits issues.
* Coach and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, ensuring capability to deliver on strategic priorities.
Requirements:
* 9+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with proven leadership in matrixed, multi-country environments.
* Deep knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, including harmonization, budgeting cycles, and policy redesign.
* Strong technical expertise in Excel, Power BI, and emerging technologies such as Generative AI for data analysis and reporting.
