About the Role
The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for driving the successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Aviso AI across enterprise customers. You will act as the central orchestrator between customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders-ensuring clarity, momentum, and outcomes throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex problems, and enjoys working at the intersection of product, data, and business processes.
What You'll Do
1. Own the end-to-end customer engagement lifecycle
• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation.
• Lead scoping sessions, kickoff meetings, requirement workshops, and executive check-ins.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and communication flows.
2. Drive successful delivery and adoption
• Translate business requirements into structured execution plans with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Support to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct UAT guidance, training sessions, and enablement activities.
• Monitor adoption, usage patterns, and early customer health signals.
3. Lead customer communication & stakeholder management
• Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly status calls and executive updates.
• Manage expectations, escalate issues early, and ensure transparency.
• Represent Aviso with professionalism, credibility, and customer-first mindset.
4. Ensure value realization & long-term success
• Align implementation to customer success criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales/CSM teams.
• Contribute to customer playbooks, best practices, and internal process improvements.
What You Bring
Required:
• 3-8 years of experience in Customer Engagement, Project Management, Customer Success, PS/Implementation, or Consulting.
• Experience working with enterprise B2B SaaS products, preferably in RevOps, CRM, forecasting, or analytics domains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (from end users to executives).
• Ability to break down complex problems, organize chaos, and drive clarity.
• Project management experience (Agile, timelines, risks, status reporting).
• Technical curiosity: comfortable discussing data flows, integrations, metrics, and product configuration.
Nice to Have:
• Background in AI/ML-driven products, CRM systems (SFDC), or forecasting tools.
• Experience with data transformations, SQL, or integrations.
• PMP / Scrum certification.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
