We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team for various projects. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
* Assist with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
* Document customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in one of the following languages : German, French, Italian or Flemish (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Previous customer service experience preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
