About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT professional to join our organization in Portugal. This role combines hands-on desktop support with proactive participation in monitoring and maintaining our global IT environment, specifically within Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants.
You will be the primary point of contact for office-based technical support while also playing a key role in identifying and escalating potential vulnerabilities across our systems. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a keen eye for emerging risks.
Responsibilities:
* Provide daily onsite support for staff, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software
* Handle user queries and provide timely resolutions
