Responsibilities
* Coordinate the end-to-end release process across multiple environments and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, high-quality product deliveries.
* Lead release activities, including Go-Live readiness and risk management.
* Manage release documentation and ensure readiness reviews are conducted and documented.
* Maintain release inventories, risk logs, and communication plans.
* Support process improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize release management.
* Assist in business go/no-go assessments and readiness reviews.
* Apply configuration management methodologies as part of release governance.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience as a Release Manager.
* Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and release activities.
* Solid planning and execution of release life cycles and deployment procedures.
* Proven ability to manage risks, lead Go-Live activities, and handle release documentation.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
* Experience improving and optimizing release management processes.
* Ability to lead readiness reviews and business go/no-go assessments.
* Knowledge of configuration management methodologies.
* Ability to manage release inventories, risk logs, and communication plans effectively.
