Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**Key Responsibilities*** Manage end-to-end product development programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market requirements* Lead cross-functional teams, including resource allocation and goal setting* Drive product platform development from marketing requirements through design and full-scale production* Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions* Apply Carrier Excellence and Passport processes to manage interfunctional teams* Plan, monitor, and control program timelines, budgets, and resources* Engage with a global supplier base to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions* Communicate program objectives, progress, and risks to senior management**Qualifications & Experience*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or MBA/Master's in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of experience* Strong program and project management expertise* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment* Solid knowledge of product quality tools and hands-on experience applying them* Technical understanding of transport refrigeration systems for truck/trailer applications is a strong advantage* Full professional proficiency in English**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
