We are hiring a
Payments Service Delivery Manager
for a strategic project in the financial sector, with a strong focus on
service management, operations, delivery and governance
of critical payment services.
This role is ideal for a senior professional with solid banking experience and strong day-to-day exposure to:
SEPA
: SCT, SCT Inst and SDD (Core and B2B);
Instant Payments (IPS)
;
end-to-end
Direct Debit
processes;
integrations across
Payment Gateway, Core Banking, CSM, clearing and settlement
;
incident management, SLA monitoring and service stability
;
payment APIs
and monitoring tools such as
Dynatrace
and
Kibana
;
PSD2, open banking
and the regulatory framework applicable to payments.
The position requires close interaction with business, operations, IT, architecture, security and external partners, ensuring the reliability, evolution and resilience of the payments service.
Key requirements:
hands-on experience applying project management methodologies;
solid operational knowledge of banking payment concepts;
experience in service management within critical environments;
Portuguese and English at
minimum B1/B2
level;
availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon.
