Mantain a positive, empathetick and professional attitude towards customers;
Respond promptly to costumer inquiries;
Communicate wihcustomers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
Know the product/service well;
Process customer requests and complains;
Track, documentand retrieve information in call tracking database;
Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Our client is a great match if you:
Have a proficient or bilingual level of one of this languages: Catalan, Galician, Basque or Aranese;
Have advanced level of English;
Have 6 months –1 year of customer service experience;
Have callcenter experience;
Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal;
Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;
Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
Have strong computer navigation skills (you don't need to be a pc nerd, don't worry);
Have gooddisposition to work in a customer service environment.
