Job Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.
* Communicate with customers in their preferred language, utilizing your proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
* Troubleshoot issues efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes.
* Collaborate with the team leader to establish priority levels and response times.
* Train colleagues on new technologies and processes, documenting all steps and troubleshooting methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products.
* Excellent language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, with a minimum of C1 level in both Spanish and Portuguese.
* Basic understanding of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other applications.
* Analytical thinking, self-motivation, and strong interaction skills.
