About the role:
* Spearhead customer-centric initiatives to elevate our SaaS offering within the Customer Experience team.
* Foster collaboration with diverse teams including product managers, analysts, engineers, and QA experts on strategic roadmap and client projects.
* Lead the entire design journey, from insightful research and prototyping to captivating UI and visual design.
* Dive deep into user research and competitive analysis to craft designs that resonate with users.
* Craft scalable customer experience solutions with an emphasis on usability and efficiency.
* Play a pivotal role in shaping a modular design pattern library for seamless experiences across platforms.
You'll be responsible for:
* Designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet business objectives.
* Developing design concepts that are aligned with company goals and vision.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Requirements:
* 5+ years UX/UI design experience, with a design-related degree and a tech-driven passion.
* Effective collaboration with engineering and QA teams, translating requirements into product features.
* Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Atomic design principles.
* Skilled in responsive interface design across mobile and web platforms.
* Committed to lean, agile methodologies, driving continuous design improvement and innovation.
