* Excellent communication and interfacing skills
* Confirmed level expertise in solution provider supplier management
* Expertise in operating with global/international clients
* Expertise in a relevant field (e.g. HR, information technology)
* 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting
* Experience of HR processes and regulations
