About the project
Hays plc (LSE: HAS) is currently ramping up a project in partnership with a American cloud services provider, seeking to create an IT Global Delivery HUB based in Lisbon, with worlwilde scope.
Role mission
Ensure customers are billed accurately and financial data is aligned with contracts and internal systems.
Key responsibilities
Investigate and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Maintain and update billing records for new services, renewals, and cancellations.
Validate customer contracts and ensure billing compliance.
Send financial documents to customers (invoices, credit memos, statements).
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Success).
Support financial reporting and ad hoc analysis.
Requirements
3 years of experience in billing or finance roles.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce or Zuora is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Desired profile
Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator.
Proactive and able to work independently.
