About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Process Owners (BPOs) in the implementation of our ERP replacement program across 82 countries. You will ensure that the Sodexo Core Model is deployed and applied within the new ERP system, while adhering to local legislation.
You will work closely with the BPOs to bring local inputs from the Shared Service Centre, collect necessary data, and ensure that the core model is respected. Your role will involve supporting the BPOs in ensuring that processes are designed to smooth and simplify the life of end users.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the BPOs by bringing local inputs from the Shared Service Centre
* Supporting the BPOs in collecting all necessary data
* Supporting the BPO in ensuring that the core model is respected
* Supporting the Core model implementation
* Supporting SBS KPI definition, following and corrective action
* Supporting BPO team in other project coordination and tracking
* Bringing the voice of the shared service centre to ensure process are designed to smooth and simplify the life of end users
* Participating in testing the target solution

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 to 5 years of Accounting / Record to Report experience
* Experience and understanding of GBS / Shared Services environments
* Knowledge of SAP (ECC6 and S4/HANA) is a plus
* Experience in interaction with Finance Headquarter leaders in large multinational company
* Able to travel occasionally
* Experience in improving process quality, process review and compliance
* Project management skills will be appreciated
* Fluent in English
* High degree of customer orientation
* Fast learner
* Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools
* Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing and multicultural environment
