Reporting to the Assistant Director and the Operations Director, your main responsibilities will include:Contact with clientsCarry out check-in and check-outRoom AllocationPayment managementComplaints/suggestions managementManaging a reception at busy times and during the night.Additional responsibilities include:- Answering questions about the city (places to visit, restaurants, transport, etc.)
