The Role
Orkestra SCS is seeking anEnglish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)to join our growing sales team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our revenue engine by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
You'll work within a collaborative, dynamic team while also operating independently to expand our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and will focus on generating and qualifying leads.
Your key responsibilities include:
Researching and identifying prospective customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Creating interest through cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling
Crafting high-quality, personalized outreach messages with clear calls to action
Nurturing leads with follow-ups and relationship-building activities
Collaborating closely with the sales team to meet shared goals and quotas
Optimizing and refining the lead generation playbook with insights and learnings
General Activities
Engage in high-volume outreach efforts (calls, emails, social media) to introduce Orkestra
Qualify prospects by identifying decision-makers and their business needs
Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives
Participate in product and market training to understand our value proposition
Attend virtual trade shows and networking events to generate leads
Provide insights to the marketing team to improve outreach content
Use HubSpot and LinkedIn tools to manage sales activities
Contribute to refining Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas
Stay informed on logistics and LogTech market trends
Qualifications
We're looking for a native English speaker with a background in supply chain, business, or SaaS who brings both strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
The ideal candidate is:
A fluent English speaker (mandatory) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive, positive, and highly organized individual with a strong people-oriented approach
Independent, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
Experienced in cold calling and confident in building and managing client relationships
Strong in time management with the ability to consistently meet outreach and conversion targets
Comfortable presenting ideas, solutions, and value propositions to diverse audiences
Curious and quick to understand business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly
1–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or SaaS
Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools
Ideally holds a diploma or degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
A passion for tech and innovation in the supply chain space
