We're seeking an exceptional individual to lead customer-facing strategy, ensuring smooth implementations, building strong relationships, and guiding a growing team of technical consultants. Key responsibilities include:
* Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, deliver tailored demos, respond to technical inquiries, and co-develop compelling proposals.
* Project & Implementation Leadership: Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for new clients, defining project plans, setting milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality execution.
* Team Leadership: Build, coach, and scale a high-performing Customer Success & Implementation team, cultivating a collaborative and client-first culture.
* Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, anticipating client needs, and spotting opportunities for product expansion or upsell.
* Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and represent our organization at conferences and events, contributing to thought leadership with insights from the field.
To succeed, you'll combine strategic thinking with operational execution, leading high-impact projects and teams. You'll be a great fit if you bring:
* Proven experience leading complex software implementation projects
* Strong leadership and team management experience
* Solid understanding of digitization in manufacturing, ideally in the food industry
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

* A background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to think strategically
* Fluency in English (written and spoken);
