Order Coordinator
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
* Manage sales and purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and payment.
* Process orders within the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
* Follow up on work-in-progress orders and deliveries to ensure they meet customer expectations.
* Resolve any discrepancies between orders, customers, and business units.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Serve as an interface between customers and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and resolution of issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high level of proficiency in Italian (C2 level or above) for effective communication with customers and sales managers.
* Basic knowledge of English for communication with our delivery centers.
* SAP knowledge, particularly in modules MM/FI and SD, is a plus.
* Familiarity with Siemens-specific IT tools and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* A customer-centric attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
* The ability to multitask and maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
