Responsibilities

Responsibilities are within the HR family as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. Supports, monitors and reports upon foundational HR processes, the Annual People Cycle and the onboarding process.

* Ensure all assigned HR tasks are planned and delivered on time, safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
* Support the administrative management of the onboarding process, ensuring alignment with Hovione's procedures.
* Monitor and report HR KPIs, providing insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.
* Participate in HR round table meetings and contribute with presentations and analytical input.
* Propose improvements to HR processes and solve operational challenges.
* Support HR projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned.
* Support the development of the HSSC and related activities.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

* University, or equivalent, qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or similar scientific field (mandatory)
* Typically requires 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and in Human Resources administrative/legal processes
* Good understanding and knowledge of human resources practices
* Fluency in English is a requirement
* Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
