Your mission will be…
•Create concepts for global campaigns to increase awareness about our IT internal tools to boost Siemens employees' productivity.
•Create communication materials targeted to our global audience in a multichannel approach (e.g. Intranet, SharePoint pages, Siemens social media, newsletters).
•Punctually, support designining and develop user interfaces for IT products and services with high visual impact
•Conduct Design Thinking sessions and user research.
•Maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
We are looking for someone with…
1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related.
2. UI design and visual communication capabilities
3. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
4. Good understanding of:
5. Graphic design principles, Typography and layout
6. User-centered design and agile methodologies
7. Web design trends and best practices
8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
9. Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a plus;
10. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse, multicultural and global team/stakeholders.
