Play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture, developing talent, and ensuring employee well-being and happiness;
Be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support the company's objectives.
Description
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier
candidates;
Oversee the recruitment and on-boarding process;
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives;
Plan and organise employee events, recognition programs, and team-building
activities;
Provide guidance and support to heads of and employees on matters related to
employee relations, organisational culture, and HR best practices;
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts;
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations;
Manage employee benefits, compensation, and HR policies;
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field;
At least 4 years of HR management experience;
Fluent in English;
Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and building high performing teams;
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives;
Passionate about promoting employee happiness, well-being and engagement.
