We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to drive online sales for our award-winning spa brand.
This individual will play a key role in shaping the brand's digital presence, developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand standards;
Key Responsibilities
* Create and execute a digital marketing plan to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on our website (email marketing, social media advertising, pay-per-click campaigns, and affiliate marketing);
* Manage all aspects of the website, including curating and organizing product listings (descriptions, images, and pricing content updates), and customer experience optimization;
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
