PbJob Description: /b /ppProject Manager with deep subject matter expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
The successful candidate will lead a global, cross functional initiative to onboard previously unmanaged applications to our IGA platform and to implement robust access reconciliation processes.
The role demands strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and regular reporting to direct senior leadership.
/p pbMain Tasks: /b /pulliDefine and execute the end to end project plan for onboarding new applications to the IGA tool /liliEnsure all deliverables (scope, schedule, quality, budget) are met on time and within agreed constraints /liliFollow up with stakeholders from CTO organization to ensure automation of reconciliation as per defined schedule /liliProvide technical guidance on IAM concepts (application onboarding, entitlement models (eg: RBAC), provisioning, reconciliation, recertification, segregation of duties) /liliEnsure project scope implementation is in line with the Group and CIB baselines /liliBuild and maintain relationships with business owners, application teams, security/compliance groups, etc.
/liliConduct regular steering committee meetings, status updates, and risk/issue reviews /liliIdentify, log, and triage issues; lead root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across functional teams /liliEscalate critical blockers to senior leadership with recommended mitigation actions /liliDefine, maintain, and produce periodic progress dashboards, risk registers, and KPI reports (e.g., % of applications onboarded, reconciliation coverage, exception rates) /liliAct as a liaison between the Global Service Lead and regional IAM teams to ensure alignment throughout the duration of the project – conduct periodic governance follow ups with onshore and offshore teams /li /ul pbTechnical Skills: /b /pulli10+ years of experience leading large scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred) /liliProven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget /lili5+ years of hands on experience with IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance) /liliDeep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, role mining, and segregation of duties /liliExperience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for KPI dashboards /liliPowerBI /li /ul pbLanguage Skills: /b English – bMastery /b /p pbSoft Skills: /b /pulliExcellent written and oral communication skills in English; ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical audiences /liliExperience influencing senior business and security leaders across multiple time zones /liliStrong analytical mindset: ability to translate business requirements into IAM design and evaluate relevant metrics at all levels of reporting /liliDemonstrated experience handling high impact escalations and reporting to executive committees /li /ul
