what youll be doing
• managing an international portfolio of clients • ensuring timely payments and following up on overdue accounts • handling customer complaints and routing them to the right teams • retrieving missing accounting information by phone and email • negotiating with tact and reinforcing company policies • keeping accurate records of interactions and issues • spotting problems in customer accounts and suggesting solutions • building solid relationships with internal teams (ssc & subsidiaries) and external clients
what were looking for
• fluency in english (c1) • strong excel and sap skills • 3 years of experience in cash collection or similar roles (ssc experience is a plus) • solid finance knowledge and high attention to detail

• hybrid work model • monday to friday | 08h - 17h • 40h/week • base salary 1.200 • meal allowance 9.60/day
