We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in managing operational logistics. This position involves coordinating with customers, planning, and overseeing the production and dispatch of products.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of export procedures, fluency in English, and experience in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational management of orders from customer portfolios, ensuring timely delivery and stock control
* Preparation and monitoring of production/logistics plans, ensuring compliance with customer requirements
* Supporting logistics operations at both operational and information systems levels
* Maintaining control over logistics operations and product dispatch
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Management
* Previous experience in logistics, particularly in planning and the automotive sector
* Knowledge of export procedures and AS400-based systems
* Fluency in English and/or French
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under stress and maintain a proactive profile
