We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst!
Responsabilities
* Work in cooperation with FIP project managers throughout the project phases.
* Respect the shared project management methodology and project milestones.
* Contribute to defining workaround solutions for issues impacting the critical path and budget.
* Produce regular project status reports for the FIP project manager and team leader.
* Participate in project committees, sharing action and decision status under FIP responsibility.
Functional Specification and Project Implementation
* Define operational and accounting schemes, controls, and data flows based on project needs.
* Document functional specifications for implementation by other teams (operating systems, financial IT systems, FIP Engineering).
* Coordinate tasks and actions from stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
* Set up eventual evolution of chart of accounts.
* Contribute to testing strategy and quality assurance of project implementation.
* Carry out accounting and reporting test phases under direct responsibility of FIP.
* Ensure after‑care support for reporting users.
Ensuring Support and Maintenance Activity on Accounting Interfaces
* Manage related requests in project mode according to priorities defined by FIP team leaders.
Testing
Requirements
* Experience in project management.
* Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting (plus).
* Knowledge of banking or capital markets products.
* Knowledge of financial Information Systems.
* MS Excel experience.
* Curiosity about technology and a thirst to learn.
* Clear and effective communication with technical and business teams.
* Alignment with strategic objectives.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage change proactively.
* Sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy.
* Willingness to learn.
