Transformative Digital Experience Specialist
About the Role:
Our organization is seeking a visionary and creative individual to spearhead the design of intuitive, functional, and visually appealing digital experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and continuously improving the user experience, from conception to implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional critical thinking skills, an aesthetic sensibility, and a focus on usability. They will be able to turn ideas into impactful solutions by working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including development, product, and marketing.
* Create moodboards and final mockups according to visual and experience guidelines;
* Develop Design Systems based on a set of visual rules, principles, constraints, and good practices;
* Create interactive prototypes;
* Provide the development team with a storyboard of animations, transitions, and other technical resources that add value to the product;
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape the future products;
* Design graphic content for presentations and digital content;
* Evaluate the effectiveness of designs through usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback;
* Presentation of design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of design decisions.
What We're Looking For:
* A degree in Communication Design or training in UX/UI Design or similar field;
* 3 to 8 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer;
* Participation in web and mobile development projects;
* Experience with Figma;
* Knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite);
* Knowledge of Microsoft tools;
* Ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly and effectively;
* Good skills in visualizing and presenting ideas;
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
* Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills;
* Fluency in English.
