We're looking for aTotal Rewards Associate Managerto lead the delivery ofCompensation & Benefits programs in Portugal, translating global strategy into local, market-relevant execution.
What you'll do
Own theend-to-end annual compensation cycle(salary reviews, promotions, adjustments).
Providemarket insights and analyticsto shape salary ranges, incentives, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
Manage and optimizebenefits programs(medical, retirement, flexible benefits, wellbeing).
Ensure compliance withlocal labor law, pay equity, and global TR guidelines.
Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Talent on offers, governance, and decision-making.
Deliverdashboards, insights, and clear communicationsfor leaders and employees.
Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation.
What you bring
5+ years inTotal Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
Strong knowledge ofcomp structures, benefits, and market pricing.
Experience withpay equity and analytics.
AdvancedExcel.
Fluent English & Portuguese(Spanish is a plus).
Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
