Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate account statements and reconcile partner accounts to data accuracy.
- Meet accounting deadlines, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Comply with internal financial and accounting procedures.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with critical analysis.
- Manage tax obligations and external audit requests.
- Perform SOX controls and necessary reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Accounting, Management or similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Operations.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and interaction skills.
- Effective organizational, stress, and time management skills.
- Dynamic, responsible, autonomous, and critical sense.
- SOX control experience is a plus.
