Your daily responsibilities will include:Handling incoming calls regarding TV, Mobile, Fixed Net, and Internet services. Diagnosing technical issues and walking customers through troubleshooting steps. Advising customers on services and offers to create added value. Ensuring a high solution rate and meeting both qualitative and quantitative communication standards.
