Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus
* 5+ years of experience in energy, technology, or related industries, with a background in strategy, operations, or project management
* Strong knowledge of grid technologies, digital transformation, and energy systems
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively at all levels
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) for confident communication with national and international interfaces; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
