Service Manager Role
We are looking for a skilled Service Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in service delivery. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring contract compliance, and providing administrative support for the governance process.
As a Service Manager, you will be the primary interface between our organization and clients, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting regular service management reviews to align client services and performance with business plans
* Coordinating contract reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes
* Maintaining visibility of customer health, monitoring red flag issues, and benchmarking future opportunities
* Managing customer enablement duties, including provider portal overview, training, access requests, and ongoing customer needs
* Operational / Performance Management: Managing service level assessment, reporting, and analysis of trends and patterns
* Reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing action plans when necessary
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
Professional Certifications:
* ITIL V3/V4 certification
* CISCO CSM certification
