Experience is required for the position of an Expert Insurance Policy Analyst. We are looking for someone to work on a large-scale Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation project. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements related to PolicyCenter modules.
* Collaborating with business users, developers and architects to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
* Validating solutions and ensuring alignment with business goals by working closely with configuration and integration teams.
* Communicating effectively in both English and French with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills:
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Guidewire PolicyCenter projects.
* Excellent understanding of insurance domain processes (policy, billing, claims, etc.).
* Ability to write clear user stories, functional specs and acceptance criteria.
* Previous experience working in Agile delivery environments.
* Fluent in French and English.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
* Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP, REST, API).
