Our site in Esposende plays an important role in NKT's production landscape, contributing to the manufacturing of high-quality cable solutions that support electrification and the global energy transition. Here, you will become part of a diverse and growing organisation at a modern production facility. The NKT Graduate Programme begins in September 2026 and runs for 18 months. You will be offered a permanent contract from day one. Upon successful completion of the programme, your future department will be shaped by both business needs and your ambitions. The programme includes job‐rotation blocks, including one international rotation. The objective of the rotations is to give you a solid end‐to‐end understanding of NKT, our culture, and to help you build a broad network across the organisation. During the rotations, you will take on responsibility for well‐defined tasks and solve challenges that are relevant to NKT's business. The international rotation will accelerate your personal growth in a global environment. Together with your manager, you will decide which rotation best supports your development and future career at NKT. You will also: Take part in a high‐profile project together with other graduates, sponsored by a senior business leader Participate in four joint training modules with the graduate community Gain both practical and theoretical insights into the industry Ambitious, collaborative and highly motivated talents are wanted.
