Job Description
We are seeking an Engineer, Infrastructure (m/f) to join our Infrastructure Department, working on-site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate ability to identify and implement new ideas to improve efficiency of systems and processes.
* Coordinate new projects under infrastructure scope.
* Ability to coordinate multiple discipline tasks/contractors and update project plan.
* Consult and align project specs with Hikma experiences and internal SOP.
* Maintain health and safety of all workers/visitors during project execution.
* Coordinate activities with other Hikma Departments.
* Write, review, and revise department applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service procedures.
* Liaise with external maintenance contractors, ensuring conformance of activities to procedures and processes.
* Control Infrastructure Maintenance KPI and other key metrics regarding utilities.
* Support audit preparation at site.
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Profile:
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrotechnical Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance, pharmaceutical or food industry environment.
* Demonstrated Industrial Maintenance skills on mechanical and electrical systems.
* Demonstrated project management skills.
* Solid knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, HVAC, Water treatment, Electrical and Steam systems, acquired on-the-job and with certified training entities.
* Ability to coordinate multiple discipline tasks/contractors and update project plan.
* Able to meet strict deadlines.
