High-Impact Role in Global Biotech/Techbio & Longevity Deal-Making

Commitment: Full-time or near full-time (fractional 80–100% considered for exceptional candidates)
Contract: Direct employment or service-provider contract with Next-Generation MD
Reports to: Founder & Managing Director
About the Role
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role — this is a high-leverage, high-trust "right-hand" position for someone who wants to be at the center of global pharma & biotech business development, licensing, strategic partnerships, and fundraising in AI-driven drug discovery, biotech, longevity therapeutics, and deep-tech healthcare. You will work directly with the founder across multiple portfolio projects and will support through the steps and process needed for successful partnerships and deal-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & travel mastery (complex multi-time-zone scheduling, frequent last-minute changes)
- Inbox zero / triage and draft responses for founder (you will quickly learn tone and priorities)
- Full meeting preparation: research on attendees, company backgrounds, deal history, scientific summaries, conflict checks
- CRM hygiene (HubSpot, SalesForce & others) – logging all interactions, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking
- Deck formatting, slide polishing, and light scientific editing (you will learn to make complex science look investor-ready)
- Coordination of NDAs, CDAs, term sheets, data-room access, and due-diligence checklists
- Investor & partner outreach support (LinkedIn, warm intros, cold out-reach and follow-up sequences)
- Conference and road-show logistics (Family Office, VC, PE and Investment Banking Forums, Partnering Conference such as BIO, LSX, RESI, CPHI, HLTH, etc.)
- Concomitantly fulfill personal tasks when required (the role is 80% fotcused on professional activities, however, personal support is intertwined with the opportunity and is expected)
- Proactive opportunity spotting – flagging relevant news, new papers, contacts, forums, competitor moves, funding announcements
Who You Are
- Extremely proactive, diligent, and detail-obsessed – you finish things before being asked twice
- High emotional intelligence and absolute discretion (you will be dealing with highly confidential information across the portfolio of projects)
- Native or fully fluent English (written and spoken) – flawless grammar and professional tone
- Fast learner with a genuine curiosity about Pharma, Biotech, AI-drug discovery, and Longevity
- Advanced Google Workspace / Microsoft Office + comfort with Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Previous EA/support experience in consulting, investment banking, VC, Pharma/Biotech, or high-growth start-ups is a strong plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (any field); candidates with science or legal backgrounds are especially welcome
- Available for occasional early morning or late evening support (CET overlap is key)
Why This Role Is Special
- Direct exposure to the absolute cutting edge of Pharma, Biotech, Techbio, AI, Longevity Biotechnology and next-generation ventures
- You will learn the ins and outs of the industry from someone who has been active in the field for 15 years +
- Very clear path to grow into Senior EA → Chief of Staff → BD/Investor Relations roles
- High-trust environment – if you perform, you get massive responsibility very quickly
- Work with world-class scientists, VCs, family offices, and Pharma & Biotech executives every week
This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, wants to learn on the job, is a doer, make things happen, and is willing to go above and beyond to earn trust and ownership.
