Global Sales Professional
We are seeking a seasoned sales expert to spearhead our international expansion through retail and distributor partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a deep network in the beauty industry, particularly among mid-to-large retailers and distributors, and a proven track record of growing premium beauty brands in markets like the US, Europe, Asia, and South America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and lead global retail and distributor partnerships with a focus on the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
* Leverage existing relationships to open doors with major retailers such as Sephora, Ulta, Macy's, Nordstrom, Credo Beauty, and other key channels.
* Build and execute a sales roadmap that aligns with our global brand strategy.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations to support launches and ongoing retail initiatives.
* Negotiate deals and manage commercial terms with partners.
* Maintain a deep understanding of market trends in skincare and wellness retail.
* Monitor sales performance and report results to the leadership team.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in sales or business development within the beauty/skincare industry.
* Strong existing network of retail and distributor contacts with proven access to decision-makers.
* Experience working with mid-to-premium price point beauty brands ($40 AOV).
* Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar accounts or regions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
