Drive the transition frommanual testing to automated and intelligent testing, including framework and AI tool selection and evolution. Act as theprimary decision-makerfor testing approaches and quality improvements for backlog items and tasks. Provideteam leadership, mentoring, and training for testers. Collaborate closely withClient, TCS Test Lead, and PO/TPOs.
