Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and client-focused professional to join our team as an Account Manager.
This role is responsible for delivering high-touch account management across two luxury-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Experience & Account Management: Leading engagement with clients, ensuring high satisfaction, long-term retention, and empowering them with tools, exposure, and support needed to maximize their membership or award recognition.
* Deploying a personalized account management approach to deliver exceptional service, ensure premium client experience, facilitate brand recognition, and build strong, lasting relationships across luxury sectors.
* Establishing strategies to meet team and organizational goals and KPIs, using a proactive, consultative approach that leverages internal collaboration and industry knowledge to guide accounts through their full lifecycle.
* Providing ongoing, high-touch communication to active member accounts, while maintaining structured outreach and visibility for less active or legacy accounts.
* Acting as a trusted advisor for clients, collecting feedback, offering strategic guidance, and identifying tailored solutions that align with both client goals and our offerings.
* Nurturing a pipeline of high-potential clients, identifying cross-service opportunities, and supporting upsell or value-enhancing initiatives through digital marketing, PR, and partnership collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, PR, or client relations, preferably in luxury or B2B sectors.
* Experience working with or within membership-based organizations (e.g., chambers, business clubs, associations) is highly valued.
* Prior experience leading or managing a small team is considered a strong advantage.
