Data Architecture
1. Design, implement and manage OESL's data architecture to ensure secure, scalable and high-performance data processing for data analytics use-cases.
2. Shape OESL's data architecture strategy, striking the perfect balance between cost, flexibility, performance, and innovation.
3. Lead the evaluation, selection, and seamless integration of cutting-edge data warehousing technologies, tools, and services.
Implementation and Optimization
4. Deploy and manage data integrations across systems based on industry best practices to ensure performance and availability targets are met.
5. Continuously enhance data processing chains by optimizing performance, reducing costs, and strengthening security measures.
Governance and Compliance
6. Ensure data architectures adhere to regulatory requirements and security standards such as ISO and GDPR.
7. Develop and enforce governance frameworks for relevant resources, emphasizing data privacy, access control, and compliance.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
8. Partner with cross-functional technical leaders to align data strategies with business objectives.
9. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams to drive seamless adoption and integration of cloud services across OESL.
10. Maintain strong relationships with external service providers, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.

Qualifications
We're seeking a skilled Data Architect to lead the implementation of OESL's data strategy. Key skills and expertise include:
11. Data Driven Applications: Experience with design, setup and operation of data integration workflows and ETL processes across multiple systems ( ERP,CRM, IoT Data Sources)
12. Data Platforms: Experience with usage and optimization of business warehouses. Preferably, based on SAP BW or Databricks.
13. Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS or Azure and designing scalable, secure data driven applications using cloud technology.
14. Data Governance & Security: Familiarity with central regulations ( GDPR) and common data governance approaches.
15. Cost Optimization: Ability to manage platform related budgets and optimize resource use effectively.
16. Agile and DevOps: Knowledge of collaborative workflows and modern deployment practices.
17. Project Management: Experience in leading projects for data driven applications from design to implementation and steering of external suppliers.
