Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Advanced Business Analytics Team Lead with +5 years of experience to join our Data and Analytics team in Porto.

The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.

What you will do

What you will bring
* 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
* Master’s degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions in a retail, wholesale, or omnichannel environment.
* Strong technical foundation in Python, PySpark, and ML libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM), with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
* Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow and Git, and familiarity with data pipeline orchestration in Databricks or similar environments.
* Deep understanding of statistical methods and experimental design (e.g. A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
* Experience in the fashion industry.
* Background in international, consultancy, or start-up environments.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
