Your mission will be…
* Efficiently respond to employee inquiries and requests through AskHR.
* Maintain and regularly update internal databases with crucial employee information.
* Provide support on the applications used
* Ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and well-organized for employee self-service.
* Support transparency and empower employees by providing up-to-date resources and information.
We are looking for someone with…
* University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
* Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory;
* A good level of English will be highly valued, as it will be considered a plus for the position.
* Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
* Workday and SAP knowledge (strong plus);
* Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
* Reliability, organization, autonomy and strong communication skills;
* Motivation and resilience;
* Flexibility, multitasking and problem solving orientation;
* Capability to work in an Agile environment.
