Noesis is looking for a Senior Frontend OutSystems Developer to integrate its internal Low-Code Solutions with the following profile:
* Bridge departments and development teams to identify needs and propose technical strategies aligned with business goals and user-centered approaches.
* Develop engaging innovative features for websites.
* Take design mock-ups and convert them into visually appealing web experiences.
* Oversee the design system, collaborating with designers to scale it as the project grows. Ensure frontend components adhere to design principles and drive reusability, providing expert guidance and strategic direction.
* Review other Developers work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
* Optimize user interface for maximum performance and scalability.
* Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality code standards and Outsystems best practices.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or similar.
* Proficient understanding of web technologies, including HTML and CSS.
* Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
* Experience in Accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and responsive design principles.
* More than 4+ years of experience in web projects, ideally in OutSystems.
* Taste for developing web and mobile projects.
* Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and collaborating with back-end/full-stack developers, Product Managers and UI/UX designers.
* Team spirit and good communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
Locations: Lisboa, Porto, Coimbra, Proença-a-Nova, Covilhã or Castelo Branco.
